Can anyone join?
As long as you are 18 years of age. Yes.

Do I have to refer anyone to make money?
Yes. This program is based on paying sales commissions of our advertising and downloads. With out sales, commissions can not be paid out. You can get spill over if your up line promotes heavy, fills their levels, and they start placing members under you, but this is not promised nor is it guaranteed. To make the system work for you, please focus on referring others and not depending on your upline for spill over.

What do I earn for promoting your program?

How and when am I paid?
Anytime you have earned $10.00 (commissions due) in your account, simply email admin@thefinalmatrix.com and request a payout. Provide your username, your Alertpay address, and the amount you are requesting. Payment will be made with in 3 business days. Anyone that reaches the $30.00 mark will automatically be paid as we make our payout rounds each week. You do not have to request this. It's automatic.

What is included with my membership?
You will receive an allotment of banner and text advertising, along will products you can download to help you with online advertising, informational products, useful tools, etc. We will be adding to the download section on a monthly basis to keep it interesting!

How much does your program cost me?
Our monthly membership fee is $33 per month, paid through a recurring subscription with Alertpay. This is $30 for the program, plus $3 to cover the processor fees that Alertpay charges us. As soon as you sign up for your membership, you will then be directed to an Alertpay subscription button. You will have 48 hours to start your membership subscription. All unpaid, pending accounts are removed every 48 hours. Once this time has elapsed, you must resign back up for another account. Once your subscription starts, it will automatically be billed every 30 days through Alertpay recurring subscription.

What processors do you use?
This program accepts payments, and pays all commissions through Alertpay only. You must have an Alertpay account before signing up. You can sign up for your free account here:


How do I know when my next subscription will hit?
This information can be found by logging into your Alertpay account, clicking on "profile", in the center under "financial" click on "subscriptions" Find the running subscription for TheFinalMatrix.com, and then click on the details. This will tell you exactly what date your subscription will be processed. MARK THIS DOWN PLEASE! It is the member's responsibility to know when monthly payments will run! Not knowing or forgetting when your payments hit is not a reason for getting angry with the admin of the program, requesting a refund, or filing a dispute. WE DO NOT "PULL" MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT! WE CAN'T, you agreed at sign up to pay your membership fee every 30 days using Alertpay. This agreement is between you and Alertpay. Please understand that remembering your subscription is each members responsibility.

This sounds like a great program! Can I get more than 1 spot?
YES! If you feel that you can fill out your matrix, if you are a promoting machine, you may buy more than one position.
You MUST use the same username for your multiple accounts:
Just put a 1,2,3 after your username. username, username2, username3, ect.
You must use the same Alertpay address for each account.
The only thing different is the email address. You must use a different email address for each account opened.

HOW BILLING WORKS FOR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
When you send in your first payment, the first account (username) will be activated.
When your second payment comes in, the second account (username2) will be activated. etc. etc.

**This is very important to remember.. multiple accounts are tricky for payments and re-newals each month. If at anytime you change something, or want to pay out of the above order, or to cancel one of your multiple accounts, you must keep us informed.**

If at anytime you wish to cancel one of your multiple accounts, you MUST first email admin, let us know which account you are caneling, provide the username, and THEN go to Alertpay to cancel your account. YOU MUST LET US KNOW FIRST PLEASE

What is your refund policy?
Directly after each of your monthly payments for our advertising and products, commissions are paid out to the members of our program. The admin of the program only collects a small fee for running the program, the rest of your payment is paid directly to our members in commissions. So admin CAN NOT refund money, that he did not collect!

You may cancel your subscription at anytime before the next month's payment is due and you will not be billed. But if Alertpay runs the subscription and your payment is processed and then commissions are paid out,
NO REFUND CAN OR WILL BE GIVEN!


What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription?
As soon as you cancel, Alertpay sends the notice of cancellation to admin. Once received your account is automatically terminated. All earnings, referrals, and information regarding your account is deleted and unrecoverable!
BE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WISH TO DO! You must request any earnings to your account before your account is removed. Again, once removed there is no way of pulling up account information!

What happens if I don't have the funds in my Alertpay account when the payment is due?
Alertpay will try to bill your account three times. After three attempts have been made, they will cancel the subscription automatically, and forward the notice of cancellation. This will also result in termination of your account, and loss of all information.

Is there anyway to stop this?
If you know that you are going to have trouble making the payment, please contact admin to make arrangements to put your account on hold. We can only do this if you inform us before the subscription cancellation notice comes in! We will work with you to keep your account active if need be! This is done on a case to case basis.

How exactly do I cancel my account? How do I stop the billing?
**YOU MUST cancel BEFORE the subscriptions runs. Once Alertpay processes the subscription, and commissions are paid to your upline, it's too late. Your payment has already been processed. YOU MUST CANCEL BEFORE IT RUNS EACH MONTH!

Specific Membership Questions Answered

What is the letter before my name?
As each member makes payment each month, the first letter in the month will be placed in front of your name. This will give uplines heads up on who has paid and when. This will also give everyone an outlook on upcoming commission payments.

I totaled up my downline, and my commissions are not matching?
When each member makes payment, commissions are at that time paid to the upline where the member is sitting in the matrix. Due to spill over, matrix compression, members quitting the program, you can not simply count your downline, add up commission payments and expect them to match. Members may have already made this months membership payment to a different upline, and then after compression been moved to a different level in your downline due to someone dropping out, or they have moved up into a complete different matrix, depending on when payment was made, who dropped out, and when compression took place. Just because a member has moved a week after payment, does not mean they are making a new payment to uplines. You would have to wait until the following month for their payment to go to you on their current level.

My downline mailer access says it has been blocked (turned off)?
This means that some one has reported you for breaking the mailer rules. Only emails pertaining to The Final Matrix may be sent through the mailer to your downlines. Spam and links to other programs are not allowed to be sent to your fellow team mates here. The mailer is a tool for help members work and build their teams and not a resource to recruit into other programs. It you were reported for doing this, then your mailer access was turned off.

You may have also hit the "unsubcribe link" in one of the mailings. If you are not willing to receive mailings from your upline, then you can not send. Fair is fair.
